LRACDIMENSION / Engineering environment

Web systems.
Automation.
Engineering.

I design and build digital systems that solve real operational problems: websites and business applications, automation, and the data tools behind them. This site is organised as five working dimensions, and you can use them.

Inside the system

Interfaces people use. React, Next.js, and WordPress.

Explore dimensions

Five environments.
One system.

Each dimension is a capability area with something you can open, read, or run. Together they are the evidence for what I build.

  1. 01WORKProjects and systemsProjects and systems I have built: client work, internal tools, demos, and concepts, each with the problem, the architecture, and what shipped.Problem → System → Architecture → ResultProves: ExperienceLive
  2. 02VECTORWeb ClinicExamine a website with seven analyzers, get every issue with its evidence, and a prioritised prescription. Reports are stored, shareable, and comparable over time.Examine → Diagnose → Prescribe → ImproveProves: Analytical engineeringLive
  3. 03SIGNALAnalytics and monitoringEnter a domain and get measured SEO, technical, performance, and analytics signals now; then scheduled checks of uptime, response time, and SSL are stored as events. Only measured data is shown.Measure → Monitor → Detect → UnderstandProves: Monitoring and data systemsLive
  4. 04FORGEWeb and developer toolsEleven practical tools. Six run in your browser and never send what you paste; five fetch other sites through the engine’s validated fetcher.Build → Transform → Validate → GenerateProves: Practical developmentLive

01 / Work

Selected work.

Three of fifteen. Client work, a working demo, and an independent concept, each with a real screenshot and a case study that states the problem, the architecture, and what shipped.

What I build

The interface.
The engine.
The connection.

Services in detail ↗

Websites and web applications

React and TypeScript interfaces, WordPress platforms with custom plugins and REST integrations, connected to Node.js, PHP, and database-backed services.

Business systems and automation

Operations systems, message centres, learning platforms, and n8n pipelines that move work between the tools a team already uses.

Engines and data tools

The analysis, scoring, and monitoring layers behind those systems: the engines that run Vector and Signal on this site.

Engineering approach

Diagnose first.
Build the smallest system that works.

  1. 01 / 1 week

    Diagnose where work breaks

Before anything is built, the operation is mapped as it actually runs — not as the org chart says it runs.

Output: A one-page map of the failure points, ranked by cost.

  2. 02 / 1 week

    Design the operational system

The smallest system that removes the worst leaks first.

Output: A written scope with a fixed number on it, and the first build named.

  3. 03 / 3–8 weeks

    Build and integrate it

Built in the tools you already pay for wherever possible, replaced only where they genuinely fail.

Output: The first build live, with real records in it.

  4. 04 / Ongoing

    Launch, observe, and improve it

A system is only finished once it is the way work gets done.

Output: Measured change against the original failure points, and a maintenance plan.
